First-aid Class Description
The American Heart Association Heartsaver First-aid course covers bleeding control, burns, allergic reactions, fractures, poisoning, and other life threatening first-aid emergencies. This first-aid class is for renewal (recertification) or first time students and is held in Concord, CA.
Course Name: Heartsaver First-aid
Course Length: 2 hours
Cost: $70 (cash or check made to STS)
Certification: American Heart Association
Card valid: 2 years, receive on day of class
Location: 785 Oak Grove Road, Ste. U, Concord
Who Should Attend This First-aid Class
• Teachers (clear credentials), camp counselors, coaches
• Fitness trainers & personal trainers (ACE, NASM, ISSA, AFAA)
• Foster care, social workers
• Parents, grandparents, nannies, babysitters (+ 10 years old)
• Construction, general workplace
Important: Don’t sign up for this training if you need EMSA/Title 22 certification for child care.
